OUR PEOPLE

Jen Keyte is an experienced leader and professional with two decades years of experience in K-12 education. Jen's areas of expertise include managing complex change, program development and evaluation, professional development, and the coaching and development of emerging leaders. Jen is also an experienced social worker and licensed therapist who has a passion for  social and emotional learning in the K-12 and university settings, as well as for supporting leaders and teachers in building and strengthening the resilience and self-care needed to combat burn-out and sustain them in the movement towards ensuring all children have access to a high quality and equal education.  She leads a private therapy practice in her home town of New Orleans.
