DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Lindsay Dapp Kern is an advocate for inclusive, joyful community-building and the creator of impactful, people-centered experiences. As the Director of Community Engagement, she understands the importance of fostering authentic interactions through accessible, equitable opportunities. Her passion and joy are in producing high-quality events in partnership with Conscious Schools clients ensuring that every step—from initial outreach to event production—is managed with care and attention to detail, all while ensuring that every event embodies creativity and warmth.

With over 15 years of experience in educational and non-profit organizations Lindsay has produced dozens of high-impact school-based training events, fostered stakeholder engagement across 20+ states, and developed accessibility standards to ensure all attendees' needs were included and exceeded. Lindsay is driven by a commitment to community engagement, relationship building, and creating joyful spaces where people feel seen, valued, and included. When she's not cultivating community, she can be found cheering on the Green Bay Packers or catering to her very moody, very handsome husky mix named Bruce. She holds degrees in English, Creative Writing and Speech Therapy from the University of South Florida and California State University - Long Branch respectively.
