OUR PEOPLE

Melissa Gall has over two decades of experience in the field of education.  She has served as a teacher, a principal and as a systems leader.  She has worked with districts and charters across the country supporting them in building out their talent practices to ensure that everybody is able to thrive within the system. Melissa has deep expertise in leadership development having both designed, led and supported implementation of cohort programs for leaders along the leadership pipeline - from superintendents to assistant principals.  At heart, no matter if she is facilitating professional development, working with a team of leaders to develop a strategic plan, or working one on one with a leader, she considers herself a coach.  A coach who supports both skill and mindset development so that leaders are able to sustain in the work for the duration of their careers.      

Melissa earned her M.Ed. from American University’s School of Education, and a B.A. from University of North Carolina—Chapel Hill.

 Melissa loves spending time with her husband and her two kids, cooking, trying new restaurants, and doing anything she can outside!
